Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders directly from our warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes from 7 to 25 days. We also offer priority tracking for urgent orders.
The below table documents the opening hours and processing time frames at our warehouse. All times are China Standard Time (CST) which is UTC+8 without daylight saving time.

Example: an order submitted on a Friday, 8pm CET (early Saturday morning in China) will be fulfilled by Sunday 10am CST; warehouse staff is off on Saturday
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking enabled. Customers get an automated email with the tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
We actively track orders until they have left the warehouse. This is to ensure that your package safe and sound on the way to you. As it is very uncommon for our parcels to get lost while en route we rely on customers to notify us about long transportation orders.
Please reach out to us if you did not receive your order after 30 days! If you wait for too long our carrier may refuse to start an investigation and we cannot be held liable.
Customs Clearance & Duties
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. ThingPulse advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.
You are responsible to provide all necessary documents to your local customs agency upon request in order to clear the goods. You confirm to hold all necessary licences (if applicable) to legally import ThingPulse products into the destination country.
You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Privacy & Security
We hereby guarantee that we will not use your personal data for anything other than fulfilling orders and to personally contact you in direct relation to your order. Most importantly, we will not hand over your personal data to any third party except to the supplier in China responsible for shipping the orders to you.
Returns & Replacements
While you receive orders directly from China we ask you to contact us in case the products delivered are faulty. Since you probably paid for the goods by using PayPal you are also protected by Paypal’s policies.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You pay your orders by using PayPal. This protects you in certain ways from abuse. Please read their guidelines to understand the consequences of using Paypal and how this service protects you. All prices are in USD and you are charged for the amount that was presented to you during your shopping process. Promotions have a certain validity and you can only profit by them if you fulfil your order during that phase (which is usually a week or more).
Late interest
Any payment due under the terms and conditions of this agreement made after the date such payment is due bears interest at a rate of 8%. It starts at of the day after the date such payment was due and continues to accrue until such payment is made. Unless agreed otherwise the default payment period is 30 days.
Example
For illustrative purposes below is an example of how late interest is calculated for an overdue invoice of CHF10’000 collected on day 120. Hence, it is 90 days outside standard terms.
- Overdue creditor / supplier invoice: 10’000CHF
- Interest rate: 8%
- Annualised penalty charge: 10’000 * 8% = 800CHF
- Equivalent daily interest rate: 8% / 365d = 0.022%
- Equivalent daily interest charge: 800 / 365d = 2.19CHF
- Late interest penalty: 2.19 * 90d = 197.25CHF
