Scope

These terms apply to purchases made through the ThingPulse online shop. The seller is ThingPulse Ltd., Bachtelweg 4, 8052 Zurich, Switzerland.

The products, quantities, prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and destination shown during checkout form part of the order. If information on an individual product or checkout page differs from general information on this page, the more specific information shown for that order applies.

International fulfillment

Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally shipped directly from our fulfillment warehouse in Shenzhen, China. The estimated delivery period shown on the product page or during checkout depends on the destination and selected shipping method.

Delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier capacity, customs processing, local delivery networks, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside ThingPulse’s control can affect the actual delivery time.

Warehouse processing takes place according to local operating hours in China Standard Time (UTC+8). Orders placed during weekends or holidays may be processed on the next operating day.

Following your parcel

Tracking

Orders are shipped with tracking. Once the parcel has been prepared and tracking information is available, an automated email is sent to the address used for the order.

International tracking can pass through several logistics providers and may remain unchanged while a parcel is consolidated, transported between countries, processed by customs, or handed to a local last-mile carrier.

Cross-border orders

Customs clearance and duties

Unless the checkout explicitly states that taxes, duties, or import charges are included, an international shipment may be subject to charges imposed by the destination country. Those charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for providing documents requested by their local customs authority and for confirming that the ordered products may legally be imported into the destination country.

Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs or other competent authorities.

The amount shown at checkout

Payment, pricing, and promotions

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout. The customer is charged the total amount and currency presented before the order is submitted.

Depending on the destination and offer, displayed totals may include product price, shipping, taxes, or other explicitly identified charges. Charges not stated as included—such as destination-country duties—remain governed by the customs section above.

Promotions may have a limited duration or additional eligibility conditions. An order must be completed while the promotion is valid and satisfy its stated conditions.

Problems and changes of mind

Returns and replacements

Contact ThingPulse if a delivered product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not as expected. Please do not return an item without first contacting us, since the correct resolution and return destination can depend on the product and circumstances.

ThingPulse processes order and customer information to operate the shop, fulfill purchases, communicate with customers, meet legal obligations, and provide the services described on the website.

Invoices with an agreed payment term

Late payment interest

Where an invoice or separate agreement provides for payment after delivery, the default payment period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, overdue amounts bear interest at an annual rate of 8%, beginning on the day after payment was due and continuing until payment is made.

This provision normally concerns invoiced business transactions and does not add a later payment obligation to an order that was already paid in full during checkout.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of this website are governed by Swiss law. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights and mandatory rules concerning applicable law or jurisdiction remain unaffected.
